The ENTER conference is a must not only for academics but also for practitioners like me: It covers a wide array of interesting themes, enables a fruitful exchange between academia and industry, offers a unique opportunity to gain insight on important trends in eTourism and to get in touch with leading figures in this field. The knowledge of the ENTER community is outstanding and always inspiring. Besides, as CEO of the Tirol Tourist Board I am particularly proud that the ENTER conference celebrated its anniversary here in Innsbruck, where everything began 20 years ago.
